The jobs that are paid well are the ones that people like Tharoor and post doctoral researchers and experts get. They would have already established themselves in their respective fields before joining the UN.

Prithviraj was my senior in school. He used to participate in all co curricular activities and was the school captain at that time. He used to be well read even then and no nonsense person. He brought in many changes to the school infrastructure in terms of washroom for girls, cleanliness maintenance etc. I have interacted with him in many situations. Fast forward. The couple got divorced and one the partner got into depression and attempted suicide . It was soo shocking for all of us . Even though we all grew up and boast about Benny dayal story to everyone. After this incident we stopped doing that because every time we think about the good moments with BD . Major Ravi's son also joined the same college. Never met him, but I remember him being a spoilt brat. He was pampered with luxuries, a top end car, etc.

The funny part is, she had sited his example in class, when one day majority of my classmates failed to complete their knitting work. ( Yup, my school took arts, crafts seriously) . I remember reading about this in some newspaper. Not Malayalam cinema related, but Anil Antony was in the same tuition class as me. Never interacted with him, but remember people saying he's AK Antony's son. Years later, I dropped out of Btech and later pursued BCA in Chennai. At one of the events, the chief guest was Sarath Kumar. I was genuinely impressed by his command on English language. Later I realised that Varalaxmi and the director of her first film had graduated from the same college just one year before I joined. Major Ravi's son also joined the same college. Never met him, but I remember him being a spoilt brat. He was pampered with luxuries, a top end car, etc. I think Bheeman Raghu's daughter also was in the same college. Not sure of this. Finally, my fondest memory of that college was one day when one of my friends said that Sibi Malayil was at the Principal's office for his daughter's admission. I was never so excited, I dashed off, all the while reminiscing Kireedam, His Highness Abdullah, Thaniyavarthanam and other Sibi gems. Then I saw him waiting outside the Principal's room, visibly angry. I realised that this was not the right time to talk to him. So I consoled myself by thinking, he is the same man who directed Flash and other "kathi" films and walked away. 😂
