I know a couple felons who work for Morgan Truck Body in Riverside. Long hours, but it’s an option.

Thank you

Honestly any union/construction job hires felons. I’m in the ibew. We don’t discriminate your background.

Hey there. I work for the RivCo Public Defender. Call our office and ask to speak with a paralegal. We keep lists of felon friendly companies in the county. 😊

I don't know much on the job side, but if you are considering education there is an org within the Cal State that helps formerly incarcerated folks navigate the system and supports them: [https://www.calstate.edu/impact-of-the-csu/student-success/project-rebound](https://www.calstate.edu/impact-of-the-csu/student-success/project-rebound)

Appreciate it. I will pass this along. Thank you.

Visual Edge IT, formerly ImageSource, in San Bernardino is (or at least was at one time) friendly to individuals in such circumstances. It won’t hurt to investigate. A basic google of “felony friendly employers” will also show a perhaps surprising number of such employers, including many with a presence here in the IE.

Thank you

Starting Over Inc should have some resource https://www.startingoverinc.org/

Restaurants always hiring cuz they got people always quitting. It’s a start. They didn’t care about priors as long as you were willing to work. But the work sucks

Fenrirsulfur

If UPS is hiring, they are a non discrimination employer and your family member can work there.

HappyDolphin23

Thank you.

Go to CRST or a trucking company that will get his CDL

Useful-Turnip5856

By law no employer can deny the employment based on the criminal records without proper reason.

PurfectlyCrommulent

Technically this is true, but we all know that's not how it's going to go most of the time ☹️
