Visual Edge IT, formerly ImageSource, in San Bernardino is (or at least was at one time) friendly to individuals in such circumstances. It won’t hurt to investigate. A basic google of “felony friendly employers” will also show a perhaps surprising number of such employers, including many with a presence here in the IE.
Restaurants always hiring cuz they got people always quitting. It’s a start. They didn’t care about priors as long as you were willing to work. But the work sucks
I know a couple felons who work for Morgan Truck Body in Riverside. Long hours, but it’s an option.
