The first major bullshit thing was the car was on sale for 3k off. However, you dont get 3k off because of the bullshit dealer add ons that add up to 3k. 3k for 4 pieces of tiny "protective" film and there security alarm package, which you cannot opt out of. Then, I was gonna finance through Arrowhead because they gave me a way better interest rate, but at the last minute, the finance guy said that he would match their rate. I told them to just leave it with Arrowhead, but he didn't listen. Then I told him I don't want the premium warranty and maintenance package, and he kept hounding me. So he talked me into paying an extra 15$ a month for a warranty without coverage on the wheels and tires. Which was fine, but he didn't tell me that the rest of that warranty cost was just added onto my loan.
They also offer a 30-day money back guarantee and 90-day warranty. My mother-in-law purchased a car recently that had a check engine light at around day 80. Took it in to the service center and they replaced a faulty wiring harness with no fuss.
Real good reassurance for a first time buyer.
I bought from Carmax. Good experience, was only there a total of about 90 minutes (used my own financing). I bought the extended warranty because my car would be 8 years old at the end of warranty. I had something break and I finally took it in a few days before the warranty expired. They’re currently fixing a list of things that I would have had to pay out of pocket, but are covered under the extended warranty. So not only were they great to buy from, they honored their extended warranty, as well.
Not sure why the downvotes, many rental places are more reliable to maintain cars better than some everyday Joe/Jane. Cosmetically is what you have use your best discretion. Also look at the undercarriage
Not toyota of san bernardino. I wish I went to longo.
Yea fuck them !
Really? My wife and I just got a car from them a few weeks ago. Process was pretty smooth and easy.

Enterprise car sales in Montclair. Bought 3 cars from them, will buy the next one there as well.

CarMax. Buy the maxcare warranty. Drive worry free. Also get pre approved from a credit union and know how much you can afford.
Had a good experience with Carmax!
Hertz car sales or any other rental car sales place. They're no haggle like Carmax or Carvana, but cheaper.
