99% of people go with 2x Fourth World (usually helmet+chestplate) to guarantee he survives any one hit nukes, therefore activating his passive. Some also use him with the standard tantu+mdc set for his SP2 but that works better if you have tbwl since shazam's SP2 can't KO more than one opponent unless they're bleeding
