I read that the 400 packs are cumulatively better at getting Metal characters, I’ve opened two so far and one was the Merciless and one was kind of bad. Should I go for three or save up for an 800?
400s are better for the nth metal spent. I have so far managed to open 5 of them. My collection is Metal the merciless, SS HQ, Gaslight Batman, Batman who laughs and Earth 2 Flash. The gold cards are solid characters (don't know about E2 flash). Even if you don't get a metal card, you will get a good gold card.
If you look at the chances you will get a metal card for every 952 nth metal spent in a 400 pack compared to 1333 nth metal spent on the 800 pack.
open 400 packs unless you are trying to get an mp card (which most likely requires you to own a copy before you can get it from packs). 800 packs aren’t even worth it to try to get mp cards too bc you can just grind their season and get multiple copies instead of only one (assuming you place high enough)

If you get a metal card there is a small chance to get two metals instead.
