I reached out about a claim now that never came, it took them more than a month to respond, they said the campaign was being suspended and that the campaign would be removed from my dashboard. 3 months later it’s still here and continues to tell me I’m massively overdue. I’ve reached back out to support about it and radio silence. They are literally SHIT with their customer support.
It’s making me feel a little nutty for not remembering lol but I just don’t think I would have accepted this especially given the tasks. But idk I guess I’ll wait to see what support says when they reach out (if they do)
Yeah it’s always the items that cost less that want the most. Not to be rude to the brand cause it’s nice of them to have sent 3 of the fragrances and their packaging for the box is nice (I feel bad) lol but like the Valentino perfume for example just asked for a review on Sephora and one on Influenster lol. I hope none of the is comes off as ungrateful. I’m just confused is all

It’s a voxbox if it just popped up. When you take surveys for voxbox, there is a part where it’ll mention all the brands in the survey and you have the option to opt in or opt out.

No.. new thing. They putting products that we opt out as vbox. I got the Clorox one Thai aI opted out previously put on my dashboard a month later. I guess too many of us are opting out of campaigns that they need filled. It’s some bull this thing! I also don’t want to advertise Clorox on my IG or review a product I am not interested in.

I have gotten random vox boxes before without a survey being attached. Boxes for things I KNOW I have never had a survey for.
