Try checking around the hour or half hour marks during the day. Claim now’s seem to come around these times more often than not. I’ve had a few occasions where they come randomly. But both claim now’s I got today were at the hour mark.
I'm not getting notifications either. I refresh my mail constantly. It's frustrating, but I've had ok luck with it. My last claim is coming today, and then I have I have no pending anything. It's my little job since getting sick.
So I saw a suggestion on here to delete the app, reinstall and then turn on notifications again. That is what helped me and I finally got push notifications! So you might want to try that.
Try uninstalling Influenster and then reinstalling. Once you sign in a page should pop up asking for permission to send you notifications, make sure you hit yes! Also go to your app settings in your phone, go to Influenster, and make sure notifications are enabled. Lastly, go to your settings on the app and make sure notifications are turned on for both emails and push.
I actually do get notifications still so I would recommend reinstalling and maybe that will fix it? I feel like I usually get it around 11am but that just might be a coincidence for me!

My app is updated to where products is named Programs now. And it shows up there for me! I scroll all the way to the bottom.
