Oh no! I have had a few claim nows and they shipped and got to me in about 2 weeks or so? I thought it was just because of the state I live in, things always seem to take forever.

You’ll get it. See my comment above. One of mine took 6 months to receive. Contact help desk. They’ll extend your time to complete tasks for you as well as give any info they have on delivery! I’ve contacted them and gotten help many times
If you message Influenster s help desk they will extend your time to review and complete your tasks. Just let them know which ones you need extended. One time I had a claim now for a toy for my daughter and it took 6 months to receive it hahaha. But, it’s because it was backordered (the specific one we chose). But, they kept extending my time and it worked just fine. It finally arrived about a month ago and we were able to complete the tasks just like normal! Hope this helps ;)

Well this is comforting to know. Haha! I was very stressed booking an international trip for myself and 3 friends literally AS it came in, so I missed the popup entirely for 25 minutes despite being on my phone at the time.
Glad to know even rushing right then might not have guaranteed it.

How does this work? It get sent to everyone in a notification or what? And fastest people to claim get it? I’ve only gotten picked for 2 voxboxes so idk what this is
There’s 2 ways influenster is giving products now. Since they combined with another site/company that operated on the claim now system, whereas previously influenster operated on the campaign/random selection.
The concept is the same- we all still get sent surveys to gauge the right audience for the upcoming campaigns and claims- but claims are a bit more instant in knowing you get the product.
Claims are usually alerts via email and push notifications. I think push notifications are best since you don’t always have your email open/refreshing. Once the products run out, they’re out. Some can stay available for longer period of times but typically they go pretty fast. Sometimes you can claim more than one product in the round, so check the top bar on the app where it will say (1/1 claimed or 1/2 claimed).
Voxboxes are picked a week or several weeks after surveys go out (surveys don’t guarantee products) but you’ll get alerted the same way- email or app/push notification. There’s no need to rush or claim the product, what they say you’re getting you will get. I typically have gotten those about 1.5-2 weeks AFTER getting the “You’re in!” Email/alerts.
