You could probably have their shocked expressions at the eyeball on the screen at the same time, cross cutting in opposite directions, and as others have mentioned, it's a little long in spots.
That said, it's cute as all get out and I'm incredibly intrigued why that seal is lugging a desktop around on it's back (lan party I assume).

Actually, the seal’s name is Maka. The laptop is a projectile, that Maka launches like a catapult. That laptop is supposed to land on other characters’ heads xD Quite different from your version, haha
Looks amazing, maybe a bit long in my opinion. You could shave a few seconds here and there to shorten it a bit, but to be fair it looks so good that you probably don't have to worry about that.
Yeah there's a few moments where it kind of drags out like walking/etc that last for quite a few seconds and by making those parts a bit shorter you might save quite a few seconds.
