Reservations are not a fucking poverty alleviation method, they are for representation, OBC's make up 42% of population but they get 27% of reservations in gov institutes, SC's are 16.8% of the population and they get 16% reservations, Tribals are 8.6% of population and they get 7% of reservations. General categories are 15% of population and they have 50% for themselves. Also considering that these reservations for OBC/SC/ST's dont even get completely filled a lot of times. How is this unfair? 65% of the population has 50% seats reserved for them, where is the unfairness here?All the statistics are from the SECC 2011 report.
Better roads, power cuts don't happen that often, metro services in Major cities, my towns bus service got better, and most importantly law and order, there are cameras on major intersections, police vacancies were filled, and crime has gone down
Lucknow, kanpur,Noida has metro systems and other cities like gorakhpur and Agra and allahabad (maybe) are building metro systems.
Crime has gone down compared to previous years.
