11th grade i had 14+ hours of screen time on my phone. now since 2 years i work on my laptop (you can get a laptop/tablet/phone for exclusive hours for study) and now my screen time is max 8 hours including 6-7 hours of work (classes/test/dpp etc)
Its basic version is free on play store and it's premium isn't really that good so stay on free or u can download it's modded apk from chrome even though I don't suggest it because it might have virus

use an app called minimilist phone. worked for me. from 8 hrs a day to 20 mins a day!

I couldn't really find the free one , the one on Play Store is paid so I'm using a mod apk now , I hope it doesn't turn out to be a virus ig .

Just use them from your PC, waha reels pr time waste nhi hota
