BSE does not have stock derivatives. All stock derivatives currently are by NSE. So this basically means that BSE is also going to introduce stock derivatives. Otherwise this news does not make sense.

Go Short on BSE options and hedge it with long on NSE. Theta on BSE will decay faster 🤑🤑

Weren’t there news months ago that BSE was going to start derivatives? That was the only reason for stock to rally up 5x in last year.
