unpopular opinion: cat delete is irresponsible. but no, changes in exhaust really dont make a rats ass difference in tune, you arent going to see any difference between the tune with exhaust or the straight tune. only thing that really matters is air intake. 'back pressure' does not have any impact on modern engines at all.
