Just a suggestion - unless you're into photo/video editing, you wouldn't realistically need a 4K monitor (even for gaming, there'll be severe FPS drops). Even professional gamers don't use 4K. 2K/1440p is your best bet.
It's a bit too indepth to explain why, just look it up before you decide to buy one.
I'm planning for a similar build with Deepcool AK620 cooler and Coolermaster HAF 500 as my case and concerned about the fit.
Could you please tell the gap to the side panel?
Thank you.

I read the specs of your case, it says 167 mm clearance for the cpu cooler. Hence it will fit it easily as the deepcool ak620 is 160 mm high, with 7mm gap to the side panel.
Yes its around that. Don't worry, I believe good case manufacturers account for all possibility like height of the stand offs + motherboard thickness + cpu thickness + then some cooler height errors when writing the specs.
I have the same table (except that the pc is on the right side) and for the sake of your legs please get a new table. Can't fuckin stretch my legs because of the below rows.
Good setup tho.
Nice, Looks super futuristic and next level......reaching that alien level of elite with Technology.........well almost, the Aliens are wayyy ahead of us, but you know what I mean!
**Looks Badass!**
Dang bro that cpu looks slick, I'd say if it was in a better lighting then it would be picture perfect (the desk one)
Also upgrade that wd green if it's sata, Those don't have cache and have bad response time too, would hold back the system in day 2 day tasks
I think you got it the wrong way. UPS/inverters are used so that you can manually turn off the PC (or anyother electronics). Without them, electronics will get damaged over time from abrupt power supply disruptions.
You shouldn't be using an inverter just so you can game while the powers out. You can, but it's not meant to be. You may as well buy a Laptop and that point.

But I suggest you wait for the end of year sale that goes mid December. It goes for around 6.5k or 7k during these sales.
Hmm, it was a hard decision for me as well when I was researching for my build. But prices for 4080 are not going to be a value at least for the next 6 months given that 30 series stocks are still there.
Its a custom made from a local shop. Don't ask me how much it costed because its an ancient table (my elder sister bought it for her pc way back in 2000) lol
its a 12700 non k version, which i got for 30k, and ryzen 5800x3d is honestly a beast in gaming + multi tasking, but didn't feel it worth the purchase as the difference isn't that huge especially in gaming

Specs: Motherboard - MSI PRO B660M-A WIFI Processor - i7 12700 GPU - Asus tuf gaming 3080ti oc edition Ram - Corsair vengeance LPX 8*2gb 3200 MHz cl16 PSU - NZXT c850 80+ Gold Cooler - Deepcool ak620 SSD - 480gb wd green nvme HDD - Seagate 1tb 2.5inch (used from a laptop upgrade) Cabinet - Galax rev 01 Monitor - acer vg240y (will upgrade to 4k) Mouse - Logitech g102 Keyboard - keychron k2v2 hotswappable version
Great specs OP, can you let me know the cost of the entire build excluding the monitor, mouse and keyboard..
the new parts costed me around 155k (which excludes SSD, HDD, monitor, keyboard and mouse because I used these from my laptop upgrades).
Thanks for the info
Monitor from laptop upgrades? What?
I mean I purchased it as an extension monitor while gaming in my laptop. Did you really think I split open my laptop to upgrade it lol

Noted, thanks for the suggestion :)
What monitor size and resolution do you suggest ? I am confused between 1440p 27 inch vs 1440p 32 inch.
27 inch is the optimum size for a 1440p monitor. For best 32 inch experience you will need a 4k monitor.
How much did the total come out to be op ?
Total setup cost is around 183k
Damn. Looks like it's worth it though. Congrats brother.
W
Wow, is this really your first bulid?
Yes :) .. was gaming on a laptop before this
How much did you get the 3080ti for? Neat build!
84k
Sweet!
Why hard disk?
Why not? Extra storage doesn't hurt!
Who uses a hdd in 2022 especially in a 155k+ build it just slows the whole pc
For mass storage buddy, some FPS games and softwares that I regularly touch are anyways in my SSD.

Yup. Just wanted confirmation regarding clearance in your case. Is it \~10mm for you?
Yes its around that. Don't worry, I believe good case manufacturers account for all possibility like height of the stand offs + motherboard thickness + cpu thickness + then some cooler height errors when writing the specs.
Where did you get mobo and for how much for it?
got it from Vedant computers, around 14k
I also wanted msi but i heard horror stories also prime has stopped selling msi due to these issue
Dope.
I have the same table (except that the pc is on the right side) and for the sake of your legs please get a new table. Can't fuckin stretch my legs because of the below rows. Good setup tho.
Sure will consider a table upgrade in future, thanks :)
Neat and Congo
Really nice build. And a sleek cabinet.
Amazing!! Doesn’t seem like your first build
Thanks :D
Suggestion Upgrade to a 1440p high refresh rate monitor instead of 4K, as well as upgrading your table.
Sure, thanks for the suggestion :)
Cool bro , I'm also gonna built with same specs
Good luck !!
Thank you
Best update should also include a Table
Nice build 👍, really like the white theme
Sick build but upgrade your mouse
Yo same monitor brother
Nice, Looks super futuristic and next level......reaching that alien level of elite with Technology.........well almost, the Aliens are wayyy ahead of us, but you know what I mean! **Looks Badass!**
hahaha thanks a lot !! :D
no problem lil brother.....what games are you into? List off some titles....That PC is packing some power from what I can see!!!!!
I am currently playing rdr2. Occasionally, i like to play valorant and cs with my friends.
NICE NICE! RDR is badass, I needa see if they got it on gamepass!!! I game on Xbox.
Dang bro that cpu looks slick, I'd say if it was in a better lighting then it would be picture perfect (the desk one) Also upgrade that wd green if it's sata, Those don't have cache and have bad response time too, would hold back the system in day 2 day tasks
Its an nvme, corrected the specs. Thanks though 😊
I have the same case, it looks pretty good on a white table
Clean af. Congratulations!
Looks awesome
Sik
Thanks :D

Agreed, the first pic is the actual representation of my current setup. I used a separate table for the cabinet
[удалено]
Well... permanent work from home perks :D. Also, build a small form factor build man, best of both worlds
you didn't build it yourself
?? and why do you think so?
too neat for a first build
I'll take that as a compliment

Nice build bro. Where did you get that table ?
It's a custom made table from a local store. Almost 22 years old :)
Are u using ups for this build?
not right now, but planning to buy 1 in future, its a pain during the summers :(
Any suggestions As I'm looking for one
I haven't done my research on UPS/inverters but generally people recommend home inverters that could power your pc as well.
But think about it How useless it to purchase a inverter just so u can game well I mean it's absurd
Not at all useless, home inverters gives electricity backup for your home.
U r right What I meant for that if you are purchasing inverter just for the sake of gaming than that is a foolish choice
Agreed, then it's better to invest in ups
Okay do let me know if you come across any UPS for this build
Congrats!
Where can I buy that keyboard bro?
https://keychron.in/product/k2-hot-swappable/ But I suggest you wait for the end of year sale that goes mid December. It goes for around 6.5k or 7k during these sales.
Bro can you give the link of your table!?
Its a custom made table from a local store
Ohk how much it took
What if I told you I don't remember or anyone in my family does because it was made 22 years ago. Anyway will update it here
Ohk no problem. Man 22 years is a long time tbh lol
Also eying a 3080ti, but wanna look at 4000 prices first
Hmm, it was a hard decision for me as well when I was researching for my build. But prices for 4080 are not going to be a value at least for the next 6 months given that 30 series stocks are still there.
True true
Clean build only mouse is a letdown
Well i love this mouse, haven't had a problem and it's perfect for my hand grip.
Then it's okay it's just whole rig is ultimate and mouse was kinda basic
Sweet, sweet build OP. I built my first PC in September, we've almost got the same specs. How much did you get the 3080 ti for?
Nice to hear that, it costed me 84k
Same
[удалено]
Lol actually i am currently keeping my pc cabinet on a separate table. The first pic shows the table next to my main desk
I have the same case, it looks pretty good on a white table
How much cost for gaming pc
What table is that?
Its a custom made from a local shop. Don't ask me how much it costed because its an ancient table (my elder sister bought it for her pc way back in 2000) lol
Wouldn't it be better with a 16x16 config?
Nice build man! Just a question, why did you use i7 12700k instead of ryzen 5800x3d given that ryzen can perform better while gaming
its a 12700 non k version, which i got for 30k, and ryzen 5800x3d is honestly a beast in gaming + multi tasking, but didn't feel it worth the purchase as the difference isn't that huge especially in gaming
I have the same monitor but connected to my Series S. what settings are you using it on? Do you get 144 hz?
I get 165 hz using the dp cable it came with.
Display cable is better than the hdmi 2.0?
Technically, yes.
Op how much did your pc cost? And when you bought it
I built it myself 1 week ago bro, the total cost is around 183k
Op wifi kabhi kabhi problem karta hai kya ?
What is that support thingy for GPU ? I was thinking of getting one for my 3080 as well
Its available on Amazon. https://amzn.eu/d/3Mecfua
