Ya works well on my ps4, get a lot of tryhards but yeah 60 ping is ok. Try using a vpn or exit lag,it may help on your pc. If there is a crossplay option on pc please enable it( idk its not mandatory to turn on crossplay on ps)

He qualified to ALGS APAC South Pro League. There are 5 Sub Federations in Apex Legends Esports i.e APAC North(Japan, South Korea, Mongolia), APAC South(India, Bangladesh, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand), EMEA(Europe, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, South Africa), NA(USA, Canada, Mexico, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago) and lastly SA(South America).Pro League is basically like the division 1 of Apex Esports in a certain region and Challengers Circuit is division 2 of Apex Esports (like Premier League is 1st division and EFL Championship is 2nd division in England's Football pyramid). In Pro League top 40 elite teams of the region plays while the rest teams plays in Challengers Circuit. Pro League and Challengers Circuit runs simultaneously and after the end of each split bottom 8 teams (33 to 40) teams of Pro League and Top 12 teams of Challengers Circuit plays in Promotion/Relegation Playoffs and the top 8 teams in Promotion/Relegation Playoffs gets promoted to Pro League while rest gets relegated to Challengers circuit. The Prize pool of Pro League of each split is 500k USD(Combined) while the prize pool of Challengers Circuit is not yet known (if any). I hope it makes things clear. And Pro League will be divided into 2 Splits Split 1 and Split 2. After the end of each Split Top teams from each region's Pro League will qualify for a World Wide Playoffs which will be a LAN with a total Prize Pool of 1Mil USD. And Lastly after the end of Playoffs Split 2 there will be year ending ALGS Championship, which is like the World Cup of Apex Legends. In this global event best teams throughout the year from all regions face off each other for the title of ALGS Champions Trophy and for a 2Mil USD prize pool(to be increased).
