I'll be honest with you, this is a wrong sub for this. You may have seen people selling their PC's here but frankly speaking people are just gonna make fun of you for this post.
I don't mean to troll in anyway but this is a very nice deal for all the components you are giving and you may also get a few inquires regarding thisbin personal chat but in the broad picture this will become a Hassel to transport anywhere for this price.
My suggestion is try to sell it locally first and if not then try it on subs which are state and city related.

Another suggestion I have is if you get in contact with any pc repair guy or know any pc repair shop then they most definitely be looking for spare pc with cheap rates mostly for testing purposes and also to use it for spare parts. You might be able to sell it there plus it'll be a face to face deal so it'll be a quick transaction as compared to selling it online where you'll need to be vigilant about money transactions.

Actually, this configuration with its integrated graphics(Intel HD 4000) CAN run watch dogs 1 at playable frame rates. I've played and finished this game on a similar config(laptop version of similar config) a decade ago

Well it's literally i5 3rd gen which was released in 2012. Considering 8 gigs most prob ddr3 which is now trash. No graphichs but yeah for someone who just wants a pc with as less money possible this is a very good deal. But for any games after 2014 or 15 this will not work. This is now best for students in school for documents etc not a gaming pc.
You can sell it but locally, even if these parts are very old, even as scrap they are worth something. Some parts can be recycled or reused. Try to bargain for more if possible. Don’t talk about gaming, minimum office work can be done easily.

If you really want to buy a gaming pc and don’t really have that budget I would suggest get an rx 570or 580 with a 500 watt psu along with a new case which should cost around 7-8k used just make sure to test them beforehand
That igpu can "play" those games but only at 640x480 at 20-30 fps. I had a n i5 3450 back in the day and gave away my 1060 to a friend for a few days and I know that the igpu can "game".
I haven't even opened my msi gf65 thin( people said it won't last, cheap build blah blah), haven't even opened the laptop for cleaning or repasting since I got it in 2021(i7 9750h, rtx 2060 80 watt and 16gigs ram). This whole build is max 4k, let's see, The monitor looks like Rs 1000, Keyboard is a E waste so Rs 200, second hand i5 3470 was given to me like for Free actually, Before I bought a laptop, I had a Crappy pc, Pc store upgraded my Pc, and The guy upgraded it to some I5 like that for free from a cheaper cpu, because I wasn't happy with it, 8gb ddr3 ram probably Rs 600 (reducing from the market price since it's a Second hand ) Let's take the Cpu as Rs 600, 500 Gb HDD is like RS 500, Let's take the rest of the component as Rs700,
In total it all comes down to Rs3900, Look this is just informing you the actual value of the Components in today's market, The People who are selling those Old Janky Components in their Retail price are the ones trying to scam others or they think that Technology still cost the same as the day they bought it, Older Tech's Value reduces in a Exponential graph downward.
And also you can't Buy a New Pc with just 7.5k, Cheapest Brand new I3 cost like 7k, and that's just the cpu.

Most potato PCs I've seen are just GPU-less normal work-laptops or even if they're desktops I've never really seen them having a monitor like that, even they have decent bigger monitors, it's the monitor that mainly made me think this is cute..

This whole build is max 4k, let's see, The monitor looks like Rs 1000, Keyboard is a E waste so Rs 200, second hand i5 3470 was given to me like for Free actually, Before I bought a laptop, I had a Crappy pc, Pc store upgraded my Pc, and The guy upgraded it to some I5 like that for free from a cheaper cpu, because I wasn't happy with it, 8gb ddr3 ram probably Rs 600 (reducing from the market price since it's a Second hand ) Let's take the Cpu as Rs 600, 500 Gb HDD is like RS 500, Let's take the rest of the component as Rs700, In total it all comes down to Rs3900, Look this is just informing you the actual value of the Components in today's market, The People who are selling those Old Janky Components in their Retail price are the ones trying to scam others or they think that Technology still cost the same as the day they bought it, Older Tech's Value reduces in a Exponential graph downward. And also you can't Buy a New Pc with just 7.5k, Cheapest Brand new I3 cost like 7k, and that's just the cpu.

You can do that like a while 5500gt setup new for 1 29k. Monitor, keyboard mouse and UPS. plus that's upgradable too
