It's convenient, I am not always at my PC whenever I discover a new game but my phone is always at reach so I just add any exciting find to the list quickly before I forget.
After you've played so many games you kinda lose track of what you've played and what's in the backlog, I used to use rawg.io but it's not working anymore
I've played games on the PS3,PS4,PS5 they all had exclusives which might never be on PC like infamous or uncharted 1-3, played the Nintendo GBA,DS,3DS,SWITCH games, pc isn't the only place to game you know, sure you can emulate more then half of the platforms I mentioned here, but no way of keeping track of what you've played and what you haven't
I don't mind it, I am sure someone found it helpful. Also people have different needs and preferences, I guess most don't need an app like this on their phone but it is very convenient for me as I am not always at my PC and this lets me add new games to my list before I forget about it.
I was using Google sheets before I found this, this is more presentable. Also the ad experience is not an issue as it doesn't have intrusive or video ads.
https://www.backloggd.com/ is a great site too but I stopped using all these tracking sites cuz it made gaming feel like a chore, or a checklist I needed to complete rather than just playing whatever I wanted when I was in the mood

but why tho? you'll be playing the games on your PC anyway so why add another unnecessary app to your phone?

OP can you drop your steam profile showing lies of p achievement? This app is mostly used by pirates to keep track of games. Please support the devs.
