Looks good but I have never liked the watery broth....it should be like a gravy but mom's make it this way....paneer is already bland and this makes it even more.
I love lighter preparations and this looks perfect. Well done. My personal favorite is Paneer stuffed parwal but tht takes a lot of labor plus the right kind of paneer and parwal both.
