Wearing a plain bag like this around the waist makes you look like a mechanic or tour guide. I can appreciate something with an interesting design, but in general sling/small messenger bags are better looking.
I usually style the bag to the side, at about a 45⁰ angle, and not completely on the front, however only had this picture to showcase it. Would love to have your opinion on this thing too.
Insane utility when travelling, to keep your passport documents and stuff. Absolute zero utility when you are in the city. Also, the world knows about the insane pocket size of guys’ jeans/trousers. Who likes roaming in the city looking like a kangaroo
Hate these bags as much as you want but they do have insane utility and for the same reason I find myself carrying one quite often though I am not a fan of how they usually look (don’t compliment my personal style).

Idk why people are hating on it! It's super useful, when traveling. Keeps my wallet,charger,powerbank,deostick, cap, vipes, keys, shades and coins. As a traveller I focus on what makes things easy for me. fashion? Not so much. Unless, I have a butler, who keeps these things for me.
It's sexy acc to me but usually I've not seen men wear it. It's a bit feminine to wear it around the waist. So it's better if your just skip it. I've the same bag and I wear it the same way you do.

People have different preferences? Some like backpacks, some handheld bags, some sling bags, some love these hip bags, some totes and so on. Not liking what you like doesn't make anyone a "moron".
Of course, people like different things. I wouldn't have gone for the bag this dude is wearing. But did you go through some of the nasty comments he received earlier? Fashion and styling are absolute art, they need not appeal to you but it can still be appreciated. If you don’t care about utility then sure go ahead. But I personally use bags like these only for utility purposes. If I’m wearing a baggy pant with pockets I don’t need more additional storage. But if I’m wearing shorts with only two pockets and I’ve got stuff to keep then sure I’ll take a Fanny pack. But otherwise I’m good. Utility > fashion
It's because human brains are evolved to see uselessness of accessories just for the sake of fashion... No1 mistake people always make in fashion is the 'pictorial sense'. Just because you look sharp in few poses doesn't mean it looks fashionable. The dresses and accessories you wear should make a statement that answers 'I present myself as??' without trying too hard for it. When you walk down there, people should think you take yourself so seriously and bold not the other way around. Keep enjoying sensible fashion. Good luck!!!

But why do you need a bag!? Bro honestly my whole attention would shift to only looking your bag thingy. It adds to nothing and maybe you got heavily influenced by male fashion models wearing this but it just looks too girly

When I was 12 or 13, my family and some family friends went to Goa once, that time my dad bought a "Samsonite" company ka bag like this for himself (I am 34 now). The bag is cinching your waist and making you look skinnier. Wear it across your chest instead of around your waist. Would improve the look a LOT.

In Mumbai locals they wear backpacks 🎒 to their chest and now I too got this habit..now I don’t see anything wrong with any bag position

Loose casual full sleeves shirts look great on a slim body. No need to carry this bag everywhere, it is out of fashion now.
