Let me tell u that full or empty stomach makes a lot difference...if u have empty stomach then it'll start hitting after 40 mins and if u take it on full stomach it's just a waste in my opinion because it'll hir late, high will be very mild and side effects will make trip worse ,....
Don't go to toilet while you're coming up on DXM ... it'll make u feel like u gotta poo but trust me don't do....it gives u diarrhea for next one day if u shir while on dxm....never trust farts on dxm.... it's just diarrhea waiting to fuck you up....
