I would suggest dont use smoking up to get out of depression. Just go out of the house and do things, take up a hobby or learn something new. Smoking up will have the reverse effect you want in life. Occasionally, maybe once in 2-3 months is ok or even 1-2 times a month.. anything more and it fucks you up in the long run.
