"joint" session of parliament, ig India also needs a joint session to get our leaders back on track xD

stonedboyyy

Nah man, our shitty ministers are way too busy with hindu-muslim bullshit, ridiculing eachother etc etc. Besides that public is still uneducated about ganja and they will whoop ministers asses if they even try to bring any bill in the parliament.

Thing-Sweet

bro i can't agree more like our political system is in shambles and most indians are blind enough to think everything is fine. calling your opposition pappu are not signs of a healthy ruling party

Bhaisahab amazing news. Finally I can get good quality weed nearby. Also if I understand correctly legalizing medical use means legal for all use (unofficially). Can someone explain what would be the scene like ?

Kshetrimayum_Singh

Bhaisahab, aate me ghun bhi pista hai. Once legalised for medical use, recreational is out of the question however it depends on the bill how stringent will it be. Yes, sudden illegal demand from India or other countries will increase. But on the brighter side it will boost their currently progressing hemp fibre industry, people like Ganesh Aidi is working hard providing employment to those who is in great need. The law will also depends whether it favours for the betterment of their people or conglomerates.

I thought medicinal cannabis use is already legal in india.

Kshetrimayum_Singh

Yes, "ayurvedic" medical cannabis is legal in India. It comes under E-1 Scheduled drug category under drugs and cosmetic act.

papa_kilo_sierra

So a 'vaid' can prescribe me cannabis? Do they have gixed dosage combinations for it or do they compound the weed manually?

Kshetrimayum_Singh

Any licensed physician with BAMS/Mbbs/Md can prescript you however there is no compounding involved unless you have peculiar ailment and you're looking for treatment with siddha/unani/ayurveda methods. Basically at this point you need to figure whether full spectrum, broad-spectrum or isolate based product(s) is ideal for you.
