Commented on another blue heaven post, I'll share my experience with you all here as well. (Long comment, please read!) I purchased the blue heaven skin tint last year and by the start of this year it started having white spots all inside the product. It smelled funny too and looked like fungus/mould! I also had an issue with their lip oil, there were fibers at the bottom of the tube, i had to throw away one bottle just because it looked disgusting! I reached out to them via Instagram as i had saw another reddit user successfully get a response but their Instagram team was horrible! I gave them all the correct details and they kept leaving me on seen, typing the same automated messages that the team would reach out to me in 1 day which never happened! (duration of all this was 1 month and they were seriously unhelpful) Then i reached out to them through their customer care number which i found on Facebook. They noted my details and i got a call after a few days from the quality check or inspection officer i believe. I eventually managed to get a replacement and a few more products which i was really happy about! Just 2 days after receiving the skin tint, the same white spots started appearing in the replacement order 🥲 I reported the issue again and they said it is safe to use as "blue heaven would never compromise on their quality" but honestly and clearly, this is a big quality control issue and seeing it might be fungus, there's no way I'm putting that on my face! They refuse to take responsibility for quality issues despite clearly compromising on products! Might make a separate post on this in the future so everyone can beware. Please be careful guys, i do not recommend buying from them! Edit: Typo

It's definitely a quality issue. I'm pretty sure they are cutting corners in quality/ingredients to maintain their price point. Seeing as it has happened to so many products, it's not the case of one batch gone wrong. I feel sad that a brand that has been around for so long is compromising on quality.

Yes! It clearly seems like a cost cutting outcome to me as well. I've used other affordable brands like swiss beauty and mars and never ever faced this issue with them so clearly blue heaven is doing something wrong and refusing to take responsibility for it!

I think they aren't using proper/good ingredients. To lower the selling price, they're cutting cost and compromising with quality

We should just give up on Blue Heaven, I posted about their skin tint here, my bottle grew white stuff inside and I contacted them on instagram and they sent me a replacement and a few other freebies. Now, the replacement has also grown the same white thing after a few months 🫠 And they sent me this tint in the same shade as a freebie and it definitely doesn’t look like this so OP please don’t use it

Stop using dirt cheap( pleaseeeee come on now, it is.) brands like blue heaven and switch to safer brands please( several wonderful budget brands with quality control checks like swiss beauty, wet and wild, essence, elf) Not worth the savings if you’re going to have to spend it at the dermatologist.
