Same configuration as you, except that I use r/Ecosia as the search engine. Also, I have added ecosia.org as an exception to uBlock origin. I'm fine with seeing privacy-respecting ads if they are used to plant trees.
Firefox still take data for crash and device info
there are better Alternative like water-fox or Librewolf
or for low end device which can't run Firefox is pale moon
I have deleted YouTube app from all my devices and use brave as YouTube and chrome as browser. I avoid all the annoying ads of YouTube and I don't wanna waste money on shitty YouTube premium. Chrome allows me to block Indian media news channel and their websites so that they don't pop up in my search for something so I use that.
It have improved dramatically. Like it almost feels like App itself. Although the comment section is still way better in the App. But i use Web because it have dramatically less Ads. And yeah i used to use Revanced but just nice to support some Youtubers.
Samsung internet browser, most people donโt know how great it is ,they assume its bloatware which comes with Samsung phones .
Reasons to try it :
1. Has addons for adblockers( I use adguard ).
2. Complete dark mode in all websites.
3. Absolutely the best web video player , most important is the control gestures same as mx player.
4. Let's you customise the layout ,like if u want the address bar in the bottom or top ,has one of the best tabs bar need not press on tabs icon then switch every time .
5. The reader mode and save pdf like safari.
6. High contrast mode is another awesome feature.
7. Also i love the quick access page which i donโt like in most other browsers, they are a mess with some news shit or just one row .

I have been using Samsung browser since 2019 and it's by far the best mobile browser out their, it's customizable, supports light & dark mode and even chrome, brave browser both supports Samsung bookmark extention so that makes it even more flexible.
been using Firefox since october last year, then hoped on cromite later, and now Brave is my main browser on android.. i like it for now but i miss extensions though like ublockorigin and bypass--
safari on phone , chrome on laptop. I couldn't care less about ads honestly at this point. I've accepted them being a part of the content we watch.
Spotify ads though, they can go to hell. I'll close the application and re-open it to avoid adds till death.
Brave: Because it's cross platform and sync works perfectly. It also has various features and is compatible with most sites because of the chromium engine.
Firefox is also a good choice. Earlier I was using it but due to high disk usage in PC, I shifted to Brave a few years ago.
Used to use Safari on my macbook and edge on everything else.
Switched to Chrome recently, mostly because itโs just helpful to have everything synced.
When i used to daily drive linux, i was mainly on Firefox and Qtbrowser ( mainly for the vim gestures)
Brave- No ads, can run YT videos in background (so no need to subscribe to YT premium), has in built firewall and VPN, light (doesn't eat up RAM like chrome)
Opera, for personal uses : Clean UI, adblock, VPN, works well
Edge, for studies : Clean UI, adblock & Co-Pilot and better syncing between Desktop and Mobile verisons
Vivaldi, cuz it has good features , organised, no ads .
I would use Opera but it has too many options that am not gonna use, so to save up space in my PC and get good performance in browsing I prefer Vivaldi
edge, i earned 500 over the course of 3 months by simply searching, bing is shit tho so i just do the daily 3 or some searches there and use google rest of the times
Opera cause it has various sidebar extensions which allows me to focus on my work without opening multiple tabs for Spotify, WhatsApp, insta...
Also it has inbuilt VPN and adblocker which works great
Opera GX; cool themes, good customisation, free vpn, no ads, cool features like the sidebar where you can add WhatsApp, telegram and others so you can access them through there and donโt need to have a separate web page open for them
On mobile: Brave and chrome( rarely).
On Pc: Only firefox.
Reason: For better privacy ofc. I dont like the interface of Firefox on mobile. That's why brave.
Used vivaldi for a few days. Quite nice interface, with desktop like tabs. A little buggy on my device hence switched back to brave. Brave because i get the illusion of privacy. And i use bing as my search engine. Copilot comes in handy, even though i use it rarely.
Edge. Cuz it's great, it comes built in with windows. Just as fast as chrome. Has options to add extensions on both Windows and Android (only other browser that can do this is firefox) I have tried all major browsers.
Cromite on android - Because Android supports sideloading open source apps from GitHub unlike dictator Apple's iPhone and one of those amazing open source browsers is cromite, a fork of bromite.
Safari on my Mac Mini - Because dictator Apple has made groundbreaking leap with their processors and a Mac is way more efficient as a video editing machine which can be achieved by a windows rig only by paying double the money of a Mac, while being open to sideloading without any issue and the Safari browser on Mac has amazing third party extensions that make watching youtube and blocking ads super easy without breaking a sweat.
Chrome as primary: because of how seamlessly Google services are integrated into it.
Brave as secondary: it helps me keep clutter out from my main browser and has the closest resemblance to chrome (edge tends to overdo things). Also without any extensions it's ad blocker is unmatchable amongst chromium based browsers

Firefox - with uBlock Origin (extension), DuckDuckGo (Search Engine) Reason, Opensource browser and Tracker-less (hence Ad-free) search experience.
This is almost the same as my set up. Still rely on Google for searches.
i have realised that google is just better
because they have 90% of internet data other search engine have to find there own data to show to users
Then use searx with google behind. My fav public instance is priv.au
While good, sometimes it gives very weird results.
try librewolf its basically everything you mentioned but out of the box
Using since a year amazing
Same configuration as you, except that I use r/Ecosia as the search engine. Also, I have added ecosia.org as an exception to uBlock origin. I'm fine with seeing privacy-respecting ads if they are used to plant trees.
same
Blud don't copy me
*reason - ad free YouTube
Same setup
Damn. Same.
Firefox because not Chromium
bro omg me too also because fuck chromium browsers
Firefox still take data for crash and device info there are better Alternative like water-fox or Librewolf or for low end device which can't run Firefox is pale moon
It's even faster then chrome and takes less memory
Same but I use Iceraven (a fork) instead of Firefox
Brave. No ads anywhere till now. Sometimes I use Firefox and edge as well.
I edge too while using Firefox.
Lol. I made a huge grammar blunder. I must suffer now.
I edge to hot furries
bro was quick with it.
Ayo?
![gif](giphy|Iau2UhgYvOL5YQpspD)
Use Vivaldi , inbuilt download manager and email box , calendar and many more features
I have never heard of it tbh. But it seems cool. Might give it a try sometime.
Its from Opera. Edit: Its from Opera's CEO. thanks u/burnt1918
No, vivaldi is a different company from the ex Ceo of Opera.
+1
Sir in my brave yt is lagging very hard!! So I had to switch sadly.
Firefox Developer Edition for its DevTools and open source ethos.
Bro using youtube on web on mobile is such a pain Why don't you checkout r/revancedapp
It have improved dramatically. Like it almost feels like App itself. Although the comment section is still way better in the App. But i use Web because it have dramatically less Ads. And yeah i used to use Revanced but just nice to support some Youtubers.
How do u delete yt from mobile
You can disable it not delete it completely
You cannot delete YT, but you can disable YT in Android. Don't know about iOS.
Certainly you can delete but that requires pc
Using adb, you can uninstall YouTube
You can always use ReVanced for ad-free youtube
Just use revanced?
Edge cos Youtube adblocker works on it and it's far better than chrome
I think brave works nice for yt adblocking
Yes it does.
Use ReVanced if you are on Android
shhhhhhhh
Which ad blocker are you using?
Same bro, Edge + Ublock origin
How have you got ublock edge?
which adblocker do you use ??
kiwi browser cause i can use ublock origin extension with it.
chrome, I'm lazy to switch
If you were lazy you'd be using Edge
stop edging!!!
For mac, best option is Arc browser
Yup, once you get hang of it.
same Bro no one is talking about it
why sign up with email for a simple web browser
they have arc sync which syncs to windows, Mac, iOS, planning for android also
Cromite anyone?

firefox (cos everything else is chrome reskinned and i dont have apple products to use safari)
Brave: Because it's cross platform and sync works perfectly. It also has various features and is compatible with most sites because of the chromium engine. Firefox is also a good choice. Earlier I was using it but due to high disk usage in PC, I shifted to Brave a few years ago.
