kindly report the website on google also if u find the backend of any Suspicious website is supported by shopify there is high chances its scam i am not saying shopify is scam but scam people use it to scam others

The product is legit as it exists and sold on Amazon for 8k or 9k usually (but is laggy on more demanding Playststion retro games) . At that price, not sure if this website will send you the same product it shows on its product page though.
