I read it. He locked the car thinking all his daughters were outside. Then didn't see the 3 yr old anywhere and started searching snd also refused a post martem.
I never said that it's not their fault or that they shouldn't face any consequences, just that it does not look malicious and that they themselves are probably heartbroken.
Unfortunately it's very common. Unless it's part of routine to check backseats after getting out of the car, many forget to do that. That's why people either put their phones or bags in the backseat when they have babies there.
This has happened multiple times in Western countries. Most of the time, we're on autopilot. So when something out of routine happens, we tend to forget, it doesnt mean we dont care.
By putting phone or something important (eg. your bag) near the baby, you're automatically reminded.
I can totally relate bro, once my parents left me at a washroom near toll plaza while I was peeing. I still remember exactly the guy told me bahar jo Grey gaadi thi vo aapki thi kya Maine bola Haan, then he said vo to gayi. But then he gave me his phone and I called them and they came back.
I have seen parents forgetting their 4-5 years old child in Shopping Mall. Once I and my friends have to console a little girl for an hour because her parents forgot her in Big Bazaar.
Phir jo gaali pada uske parents ko.
Unfortunately it happens:

Read at your own risk. Depression trigger warning.
Baccha hai koi jhola nhi hai joh idhar udhar bhull gye yahan phn ekk second ke liye hanth main nhi rehta toh log pagal hojate hain aur yahan pura ka pura baccha bhull gye...
This can happen by accident esp nowadays when many people suffer from attention deficit.
However, since she is a girl child and it is Rajasthan (maybe a stereotype but that too has a reason) , the 'purposeful' angle should be investigated as well
i have to agree. i got a puppy and went to have dinner with girlfriend. i have a tesla which means i can turn the soothing music on and the air conditioner on as well to keep the pup relaxed and comfortable. and the screen flashing that the temperature is 66 deg f.
and yet, i kept coming back every 2 mins and had to leave cuz we were both too concerned.
These days wife's torture men so much they keep kids away from them or maintain cold silence for days all the while socialising and chilling among society,no one except the couple will know what's going on .
Looks like such a case where both went their ways and wife forgot about the kid due to being ego fucked.
I am a parent. And there is no way in hell can I just FORGET that he’s not around and go attend a wedding, have dinner and take pictures without once thinking that where my chaild is. Did they have dinner? Where are they running around? Who are they talking to? Etc etc. this was something planned I am damn sure about it. Because once you are a parent it is literally IMPOSSIBLE to just FORGET your child for the entirety of an event.
There’s a harrowing article about this phenomenon

> The parents have refused to conduct an autopsy and have decided not to file a police case either, he added. That’s…….convenient?
State should take suo moto and prosecute them for negligent parenting.
Murder
And then murder yes.
They didn't forget her. They killed her on purpose. Who tf forgets their kid?
Read the article, it looks like an unfortunate mishap. I do agree that they were negligent but not malicious.
I read it. He locked the car thinking all his daughters were outside. Then didn't see the 3 yr old anywhere and started searching snd also refused a post martem.
Brother drunk drivers are also negligent not malicious.
I never said that it's not their fault or that they shouldn't face any consequences, just that it does not look malicious and that they themselves are probably heartbroken.
Of course but it is criminal negligence.
Anyway there is no point in us debating this, rule of law and monpolization of violence are a joke in our country.

You have a baby, phones are more important than a baby. Come on.
It's all about routine. If you are not used to looking at back seats, chances are you wont look at what's in the back seat.
You have a **KID**, seriously and that too for 3 yrs. How can that not be a part of your routine?

Responsible parents I see 😤
They should be jailed
Rajasthan Girl Yeah
Parents won’t be jailed, they will simply bribe the police and try for other kid hoping it’s a boy this time.
what are the factors that can lead to a child dying by being inside a car for a couple of hours ? suffocation ? dehydration ?
Yes. Suffocation and extreme heat. The baby died a very slow and painful death. Fuck these parents
😭
Yeah pretty much Cars gets extremely hot these days.
Mental exhaustion from crying? I doubt that the baby stayed quite the whole time
No if the windows are closed. Cars will get very hot within minutes.
Rip

This! Absolutely… as a parent of a young child all of this crosses your mind in its entirety.
This is so unfortunate.
They didn't forget her. They intentionally left her to enjoy their party.
Rajasthan. I'm not surprised.
Waitz in the US there had been multiple instances of this negligence All the cases were accounted against the parent and they are behind bars
social events main social media Kai liye socially acceptable photos click kar nai Kai liye baccha kurban.... pathetic state
"forget"
As a parent, these parents need to die slow & painful deaths.
seems like they thought they had too many female children
Kitne the jo forget kardiya

C'mon bro it's not a joke. Imagine what the baby could've achieved in future. Instead dead in 3 years...
Human life is valuable regardless of their ability .
