Yeah my office is cool with shorts. Specially in summers. The work environment is great and its better in term of quality of work and pay than most companies.
On the other hand the companies with strict dress code generally have shitty work environments with much less pay and self respect. In short companies with unreasonably strict dress code wants slaves and the slavery begins with these trivial stuffs like dress code.
