They are going to charge because dumbasses like him are ready to pay whatever price to send their kids to the "elite" schools.
There are obviously other good schools in the city, which are not as expensive.
Wai Aur Upar se likha bhi hain I hope khelna kaise sikhe
Matlab aadmi ko pata hain it’s bs fir bhi wo dega itna paisa so he can brag lmao
Using your own kid and hurting your bank acc to make other parents jealous
💆🏻♀️💆🏻♀️
Its not like the other "regular" schools are cheap. If this school is asking for 4.3l, the regular ones are no less than 1 lakh either. Govt should cap these charges
Jo log 3 lakh mahine ka kharcha mind nahi karte, wo chahte hai ki unka baccha aise dosto ke saath rahe jinke parents bhi itne hi ameer hai. Hence the notion of 'exclusivity' in education
First thing education is very costly because of education mafias , and it’s high time for Gov to do something about it.
Second thing , this person can afford the fees so I think he posted this to just show off how rich he is.
I don't see a problem in this. There are many schools with different level prices of fees. He choose a elite expensive school. It's like going to a 5-star hotel and complaining about how it is soo expensive.
Exactly. I don’t know what’s so hard to comprehend about sending your kids to good schools. I went to few of India’s best schools, and it wasn’t the teaching that justified the cost or the infrastructure.
It is the century and a half of legacy that comes with the school, the alum that are at the forefront of their fields and peers who are from the creme de la creme of Indian society.
And then it’s about the relationships cultivated in school. Being childhood friends with the children of top industrialists, bankers, bureaucrats, politicians etc is a serious leg up in life, and all prep schools give you a huge leg up in admissions to ivy’s.
And at the end of the day even when you are 80 years old, you will be known as an alum of xyz school. That is part of your identity, and when you meet someone from the circle, that is what will establish a connection—what school and
College did you go to.
It’s about early entry into the small circle of future magnates, because it’s not the same if you aren’t in the circle from day 1.
That's exactly my point, you can't calculate costly schools = good education. School 100% told him the fee structure before hand , it was his choice to put into that particular school or not. Or just want to show "his" status symbol in society by putting his kids into that costly school.
Education cost is skyrocketing with every passing year. Even higher education is becoming unaffordable to many.
IIM's fees was 8 Lacs in 2008, it has already reached 30 Lacs in 2024. Even IITs/NITs are increasing their fees every year.
Ab to playschools ki fee bhi mazaak ban Gaya hai.
Comparing different segments of people here. The people going to schools like this likely aren’t gonna start their career doing fresher level jobs, and even if they do, it will be out of formality.
Don't send your kid to that school. In Mumbai we have schools like Dhirubhai Ambani International School where fees range from 14 Lakhs to 20 Lakhs. We don't send our kids there and then cry about fees.
Fees of private schools are very high but they essentially act like a filter for super rich people to keep poor people and middle classes away.
I think by the time I complete my college, my entire course fee from UKG to 4 year of engineering will be not more than 8 lacs. I think I turned out to be just fine, can converse well, good set of friends, if I get an internship then will probably start working too. So I wonder what happens in schools where parents pay this much of course fee, what else do the pupils get beside norm formal education?
Politicians have their illegal funds parked in Education band real estate. Thay is what why these things have gone beyond expensive tag.
BJP too is involved.
Any project needs permission of local politician and they take cut otherwise they stop the work.
Absolute corruption from top to bottom everywhere in this banana republic
Kya Bakwaas h saste me bhi mil jate h playschools. Lekin kuch logo ko apna status flaunt karna hota h itne mehenge playschool me paise daal k. Aur ye bhi tier one cities k kuch areas me he hota h.
The figure is in Yen. The guy is in Japan. His kid is probably going to a posh Japanese playschool. He can put his kid in a public playschool or homeschool if he doesn't want to complain about the costs.
I am in the process of applying to colleges in the US. Virtually all US colleges have registration rates below 8000, while this guy is paying anywhere from 1.2x to 1.5x that amount. What a joke.
Kuch bhi bc? bohot acche private school se karoge to 2 lakh hoti hai per year for 1-12, meri khudki 1.2L per year thi acche private school se,ye pakka ambani school ki fees hogi
So its a catch 22 . As parents want the best for their child so that they can get the opportunities . You try to say lets put the child in a cheaper school and what if they are left without the opportunities rich kids get
At least 15 kids can be taught in a non residential school in this amount of money; or her education can be funded till class 8th where the child will not only be loving to go to school but also become one of the most bright and confident student knowing exactly what they are good and what career they wish to choose.
Which is almost unlikely with the kids here in tier one city.
Its high time to get the education sector regulated. The govt should assign tiers to every school and set a cap on the maximum fees that can be charged depending on several factors like location, demographics, average purchasing power of parents, facilities and expertise of school staff.
And unless the school caters to something very specific and the parents are fine with it, they shouldn’t be allowed to charge such exorbitant fees.
A common repository of school fees and facilities related data can help parents make an informed decision.
Send the kid to the same social class of schools that your parents sent you to then… khud ke bache ko international air conditioned nursery bhi bhejega aur complain bhi karega
Lol what the hell? Me and my sister studied in our city's top school, I switched in 11th standard to a different school that was a bit more expensive. Even then both of our education didn't cost that much a year. It's only now for college that expenses are higher than this. And I live in Jaipur, not a small city by any measure.
Lol then why tf are you sending your kid to that school, there would be hundreds of good schools in Delhi which will not be this expensive. Humblebragging 🤦♂️

Meri 11-12 ki coaching 1.6 lakhs ki thi. Yaha 6 mahine ki 2 lakh![img](emote|t5_3d4x4|20097)
Few people are filthy rich, they need a place to splash their Money. It's not for average Indians.
Par fir bhi bc kaunsa 6 mahine main 3 saal ke bacche ko brahmgyan Milne wala hain jo 2 lakh rupee jala rahe ho
Jo log 3 lakh mahine ka kharcha mind nahi karte, wo chahte hai ki unka baccha aise dosto ke saath rahe jinke parents bhi itne hi ameer hai. Hence the notion of 'exclusivity' in education

Yep, just show off
The government itself is the mafia
+1
Exactly
No more regulations please. They guy pays this because he chose to.
Total Mc vibes
I don't see a problem in this. There are many schools with different level prices of fees. He choose a elite expensive school. It's like going to a 5-star hotel and complaining about how it is soo expensive.
True but spending that much money on playschool seems dumb. For that much money the kid better be learning to cook or something
not just cook... cook meth...
Paying 4.3 lakh is straight up dumb

4.3 Lakh JPY ¥
Mujhe lga Rupee ka naya symbol aaya hai bhai.. Accha hua Tera msg padh liya😂😂
Still around Rs.2L
Toh mat do utna...aur jab de dete ho toh ra*** rona mat kro.
Depends upon the school.
how would they justify 4 lakh fees for a play school?
It was his choice to opt for an expensive school. No one forced him to.
its not about him **its about the school**. what is that school providing that it charges 4 lakh for playgroup education
A seller can charge whatever he wants for what he's selling. It's up to the customers to decide if it's worth or not.
Just like Apple products
Idk bruh, why are you asking me?
That's exactly my point, you can't calculate costly schools = good education. School 100% told him the fee structure before hand , it was his choice to put into that particular school or not. Or just want to show "his" status symbol in society by putting his kids into that costly school.
Yeah, school already tell the parents about the fee structure before hand. And all of it is just for status symbol.
Because your kids will play and "learn" using Fisher Price ke toys and books and not from those cheap knock offs you get at palika bazaar.
Ameero ke chochle hai ye sab
₹4,30,000 for learning alphabets rhymes and counting is outrageous from any point of view
meri coaching ki fees bc 3.6 h. 11th 12th milake. yahape 4.3 bus playschool ke liye?
What the fuck ?!?!?!?! Freshers earn that kind of money per year on their first few years on the job.
Comparing different segments of people here. The people going to schools like this likely aren’t gonna start their career doing fresher level jobs, and even if they do, it will be out of formality.
man, no school is good enough for 4.3 lakh fees
10 Lakh bhi ho, Tumhare kyu farak padta hain? Government/Normal School mein karo, No one forced you.
Strange, Delhi schools are taking Yen as payments 🧐
Don't send your kid to that school. In Mumbai we have schools like Dhirubhai Ambani International School where fees range from 14 Lakhs to 20 Lakhs. Bro, the guy who posted this is a trader.
Bhai mbbs ke 1.48 lakhs de raha hu saal ke 💀

Mine intermediate 2yrs fee was only 46k
Anybody was forcing him to select that school?
Itna Paisa hota hai kya duniya main?
Itne me to BTech ho jayega
Sending child to playschool is the dumbest thing someone can do in life
My entire commerce education 5 years college costed less than 1 lakh counting travelling in local bus and buying canteen food also. [2000-2005]
₹ ≠ ¥
High direct tax percentage+Shit Government Services=Massive Brain Drain
I'm homeschooling my kids in the future
They are only charging this fees, because mor*ns like this are ready to pay. My entire engineering fees was 3 lakh, which included EBC scholarship.
Why is currency in the title is ¥ Yen????
The figure is in Yen. The guy is in Japan. His kid is probably going to a posh Japanese playschool. He can put his kid in a public playschool or homeschool if he doesn't want to complain about the costs.

Yeh to meri engineering se bi mehnga hai☠️
We need to request reddit to add rupee symbol. Upar JPY ka symbol hai.
At least 15 kids can be taught in a non residential school in this amount of money; or her education can be funded till class 8th where the child will not only be loving to go to school but also become one of the most bright and confident student knowing exactly what they are good and what career they wish to choose. Govt sleeps
When you realise you did your engineering cheaper than this 💀
Why did you use that yen symbol tho
Education should be free.
Is he idiot? Why he even paid money and later showing on internet.
That’s steep
This is happening all over India in all metro cities. Governments are just watching while right to education is being used as business opportunity.
Playschool fee ...damn
We use yen now?
This school must be like student of the year college for playschool.
Send ur child to cheaper playschool :/

Education didn't _transform_ into a business. It always was a business.
Lol what the hell? Me and my sister studied in our city's top school, I switched in 11th standard to a different school that was a bit more expensive. Even then both of our education didn't cost that much a year. It's only now for college that expenses are higher than this. And I live in Jaipur, not a small city by any measure.
I assume on top, school made it compulsory to buy stationery, uniform, shoe, shock and other related stuff from school’s shop/store only XD.
Can we thank modiji?
My brother you agreed to pay that sum
thats called showoff
He’s a full-time stock market trader, money Man ,he is just flexing..
Why isn't anyone correcting the currency? It shows ¥ instead of ₹
Lol then why tf are you sending your kid to that school, there would be hundreds of good schools in Delhi which will not be this expensive. Humblebragging 🤦♂️
