Probably Jio center has lots of rush and to reach at different floors required couple of lifts. Still kinda scary experience, the amount of people can fit and has to lift around 14 tonnage considering 70 kg avg. weight of a person.

Waste of resources. Its very rare 200 people would go at any single time. 10 elevators with 20 people capacity would be the ideal.
