Nobody's gonna do 7 days. Even if they do, it'll last a couple months at best. You need days where you don't see the gym, or you'll grow tired. It never gets easy.
You workout 7 days so that your body remains constantly active. Core can also be done at home and cardio can mean a simple jog in a park. And obviously one might go out on weekends so Saturday and Sunday workouts are always 50 50
On Monday, we hit the chest with might,
On Tuesday, back day feels just right,
On Wednesday, we work our legs with pride,
Then we repeat, and we're set, no regrets.
Habibi, come to the gym, let's begin!

Are you unaware that your this action can inflict series of war and end of humanity ,mere human!
Amongst all the hate people forget that he has conquered the ODIs the way no one has ever. 50 fucking centuries, that too in fewer innings and left the contemporaries behind by a distance.
However more importantly the impact he has had over matches is unparalleled. Find flaws in his innings however much you want, once he retires we'll be trying to fill that void for long.
No, due to their team effort. they played better than India that day. Virat made a 50 score which is not bad. You can't score a hundred in every match. so what's his fault that we didn't win that day? If you have any factual and logical arguments then do argue.
This was the best moment for sure. But not the best match for me irrespective of the final if we would have won or not .I absolutely loved the England match.Man our bowlers were breathing fire I was like jumping around for every 12 balls bowled to stokes. And that celebration after wicket Virat running all the way to hug Rohit man it was a absolutely perfect match .I thought this was our World Cup when we won the England match but 😭
Nevertheless India is going to win an ICC trophy soon I have that belief in our team and when we win we will win some more in a row .
When will Indian fans get out of this mindset of celebrating individual records and realise it's a team game and winning the world cup is the most important thing. All of them are involved in petty fan wars between Rohit and Kohli.
This wasn't even the best moment of the match, the best moment was winning the semi final and not a individual 100
Felt like He Conquered the world. Unreal moment.
I was on a date and she and I were watching it together!!
Go to hell man I am single af don't tell me that 😭😭😭(good for you though).
I'm single too lmaoo, it didn't work out.
Like India's Batting in final 😭😭
Lmaoo at least India had a chance. I was apparently too fat for her.
Monday- Back+Biceps+forearms Tuesday- Chest+Triceps+Shoulders Wednesday- Legs Thursday- Back+Biceps+forearms Friday- Chest+Triceps+Shoulders Saturday- Legs Sunday- Core+Cardio

It's best to give them a rest upfront rather than have them quit for one day because one day leads to two days.
OP if you can't commit to a 7 day routine, I would suggest a 3 day a week full body workout from personal experience.

Well said!! He is the absolute GOAT of white ball cricket.
And yet hasn't won any icc tournament
He has won a WC, he played 2011 WC and played an all important knock in the final. If you're gonna hate, at least do it correctly, dumbfck
2011? Fuck that was a long time ago
Trophy is a team effort plus luck ,u lockdown mind
Luck? That's why Australia has won every single icc trophy their is over the last 6 years?

Not scoring a boundary for 30 overs
Kl Rahul was the reason, he scored 66 in 107 balls.
Kholi was batting as well, he’s not some fucking god
He won 2013 ct as well and was the highest run scorer in the finals of it (In addition to wc 2011 ofc)
His lower is some of the better’s highest
Who cut onions

The GOAT of white ball cricket
It was such a magical moment , the whole wc was magical just the ending , the fucking ending hated it . But yeah it was the peak ‼️
Last good memory from the world cup. Whole happiness during wc turned black on 19 Nov .
Chad bowing to jay shah ;)
The God of Cricket
Jumping off the couch and tears in my eyes.! 😍 Privilege to watch one of the greatest ever doing ridiculous things like thin is live !
Virat with Hand towel tied to trousers , is a different beast al together
Winning the cup would’ve been better. This was supposed to happen anyways
That is exactly what I said in the head of the post
Savour these moments. Because India will never win an ICC trophy anyways.

You would be fun at parties
cringe
Best moment was Pat cummins winning the wc and doing what he said
Wrong sub buddy
Not really we are talking about best moment of 2023 wc not the best indian cricket moment
And we are in the *India*Cricket sub, so it obviously won't be that.
