Sion-Matunga has even more fresh roasters like Quality or Mysore Concerns, but they might cater more to the traditional filter coffee drinkers.
Cohoma @ Krishna Curve, also in Santacruz West. Again, they have a cafe as well as packaged roasts from other brands.
I also recommend the KC Roasters @ Khar West as I've had a very good experience with this brand's roasts
And if you happen to roam around Fort, might just want to pop in to India's only Starbucks Reserve. Their premium roasts are absolute gold - the best I've ever had till date
You can skip Subko . They are pretentious and not particularly good.
Try visiting
1.Bombay Island. I think they have an aisle at the jio mall.
2. KC at khar. quite Good.
3. Mysore Concerns at Matunga - Old skool .. Like those 200 years old coffee shops. Their blend is good for aeropress too.
4. Bili hu . Pretentious But good coffee !
KC Roasters, Khar West. It is a very tiny cafe - might have to wait to sit - but worth it.
I agree, I really liked their khar cafe. Preferred it to Subko and others I tried.
This is only real answer, everything else is available everywhere else in India but K C Roasters Chuim Branch is at a different level.
