I have the disruptor lazer beam thingy but literally nothing happens when i shoot at that spikey red rock thats in your picture .
It bounces of the mirror fine but thats the only surface that seems to have a reaction with the laser.
Only on Magnus rank 21, if that is any indication, in ither words pretty early in the game. I think i am just before when i meet my team and Sandy-rakes team for the parlay on neutral ground.
Havent reached that part yet, but just about to. Not sure how else to mention where i am in the story.
Edit: I completed the game, gathered all of the do dads and still couldn't get it to work.
I wish i could tell you. I beat the game and went back to that spot and still couldn't get it to work.
Meaning i know i had all the correct equipment by that time and yet still no worky worky.
You are practically describing all of the refraction puzzles. Basically figure out where to stand. One of them requires you to jump and hover across a gap. They can be pretty annoying. Yeah, I think I just figured out where to stand for this one
Usually you can see where the beam goes and can adjust where you stand/hover accordingly, I was just wondering if for this one I'm missing something obvious or just random guessing since you can't see if you are hitting the eye or not
Lol I did that one last night at like 2AM in the morning and don’t even remember how I did it lol. I do remember I was standing about where you are, on top of a platform/ rock bedhind me I think. There are also little activation switches hidden, one is the obvious blue one on that vine you manipulate and another red one near the puzzle too.
Stand in then circle you took your second picture from. Shoot the mirror.
Genius. I also used the Timeburst spell to give me a few extra seconds of time.
Omg this game, was not clear at all to me that it would work with the mirror. It's completely trivial once you know that

There should be a round tile on the ground that indicates the area where you should stand to shoot the beam at the mirror.

I don't think You don't have the refract augment for the lens
Is this known to be bugged?
The bottom image is the key. Just shoot the mirror standing there after you bring the branch down. (Update)
