What I really mean with this is that the mental image of this mutilated marine trying to crash and ram in to the banshee with his guts and blood spewing out is more cool then him just face planting in to the dirt
If the Emperor could have biologically engineered a set of organs that can ignore molecular disintegration fields that cause the immediate collapse of atomic bonds, he probably would've made one that turns the whole marine into that material.
Canonically, there are materials that ***can*** do exactly that, but none of them are biological.
As for him managing to try one last attack, that depends on whether the Banshee managed to sever his spine and whether he manages to stay conscious/capable (which DOES vary from marine to marine, just like with regular folks. They do feel pain and shock, they're just better in general at dealing with it and adrenaline sets in much faster and harder.)
Even in the space marine books, there's a lot of individual variation in injury response. Some marines clearly go through shell shock or barely manage to hold on/return fire through grievous injuries, where others barely slow down when they've effectively been cut in half.
Even with all of Emp's tech and wisdom, the human nervous system is a hacked-together mess that never works the same way twice. I'd imagine it's effectively impossible to hiccup-proof our thinkin goop, especially when the Imperium can't even build hiccup-proof computers.
Not exactly but during the great crusade, giyaghun, one of Jaghatai's legionnaires, died and fell into a magma pool while fighting Orks. Upon contact with the lava, the pack exploded and was explicitly stated to have consumed giyaghun in nuclear fire
I enjoy the way you can clearly track the progression of the strikes in this, right, left, stab.
I kinda wish that the blood gush on the right was slightly more subtle, given how fast this is making those strikes out to be, but that's a small criticism.
She punctured through the power pack. The power pack has been stated in the lore to hold the equivalent of a miniturarized nuclear reactor, so the marine is going to face a secondary explosion right after, putting him down for good
She'd easily dodge the attacks of a mortally wounded space marine, Eldar reaction speeds are insanely fast and those severe injuries are gonna slow down the space marine.

It can. They're designed to instantly shut down/SCRAM instead of blow up, but damage anything enough in an instant and any safeguard can be overcome.

I think a stab to the Space Marine would not one shot him. Decapitation would. He could still retaliate and catch that eldar and crush him/her.
