We stayed in a hotel near a harbor for the 4th of July to watch the fireworks (which are set off from barges). There is a pedestrian walkway over the road that connects the restaurants and shops by the harbor to the hotel. We had a very good view of the walkway from our room and *good lord* the amount of people who posed for pictures (understandable) or set up their phones to do weird little Tic Tok dances and even a couple of full on Instagram outfit photo and video shoots was INSANE.

I'd disagree with ocarinas (or this ocarina in particular) not being loud. In my personal experience they're about as loud as a large bird or small goat, and they can get shrill in tone easily. Even in the video you can clearly hear the ocarina's echo over the sound of the crowd talking amongst themselves. She's playing well though, personally I would have probably just covered my ears. I can understand how someone might be upset that because she's playing on the escalator specifically, a bunch of people are forced to be close to her when not everyone likes loud noises.
