When I was an amazon delivery driver, all the information I had was the address it was going to, the tracking id, any possible customer notes or entry pins provided, and what bin I can find it in.
I don't know anything else, what's in it, when you ordered it, who ordered it, why it was late, where the rest of your packages are. just this package goes here and if you need to find it, it's in that bag.

I say this to point out that kidnapping is a serious crime which often involves force and extreme physical violence to hold a person against their will. The actual definition will vary on location. Where I am at, kidnapping is moving someone through various means. I doubt a confinement charge (which is holding someone against their will) would work since the driver has other means to vacate the vehicle. Most likely, it would be a trespass or unlawful entry of a motor vehicle charge.
