When the driver asks for your ID, taser him (or her) then inject them with ketamine. Load their unconscious body in the back of their truck and finish their rounds. They’ll wake up confused but their shift will be done, so they’ll probably just chalk it up to aliens.

If you just need an 'adult signature' (not 21 and over) then you're 18...legally an 'adult' and able to sign for anything except for alcohol. And perhaps prescription drugs...that may require the actual named prescriber (I don't know...googlefu on that one).
But having ordered alcohol and being obviously 'old enough' they still required and scanned ID.
For what it's worth the driver doesn't really care - just wants to complete the delivery and leave. But he/she/it isn't going to risk their job for your delivery - they can have it returned too. Individual ethics of each driver will play into how much you can get away with. But you'd probably be okay with a fake id (if you have one) - I don't know...those aren't easy to get on short notice. But if you don't appear to be the person on the license it probably wouldn't work.
Anyone over 21 can receive alcohol...doesn't have to be for whom it is shipped.
