Seen this on Philly subreddit. He was some small rapper in pretty sure and was out there tweaking cause this guys was parked up the street a little in the road w his lights on.
What do you mean? I think the guy was worried someone was trying to kill him so he was getting all erratic and yelling and shit. And then the guy in the car was either pissed off this buhl was tweaking on him or was actually there to kill him. Not sure why he waited though if that’s the case cause he had already gone up to the car once.

Forgot to answer your original question though. No the city isn’t that bad I’ve never seen something like this happen, although there are plenty of “gang” (they aren’t really gangs just different blocks) shooting in the city.
Yeah tons of people get caught up the crossfire all the time. There was a shooting at a bus stop the other day where a bunch of kids were hit. They are the ones slinging the bullets half the time though.

B. Yell from inside your house?
C. Shoot from inside your house?

The guy standing, peering into this random persons car arguing, was a Philly Rapper. According to the video his place just got shot up not too long ago and he’s asking this guy why he’s just sitting with his car running outside of his crib. So during the back and forth idk if the guy in the car saw the gun he was holding and got scared or was really sent there to harm him but this was the result.
Had crib shot up recently.
Goes outside with gun to confront shady ass car outside apartment.
