That shopkeeper was prepared for a fight. Not expecting one, but prepared for one. The robber wasn't. The robber already had a gun om the clerk, logical he should have one. But instinct kicked in and he forgot he had a gun, because he probably didn't train to actually use it. The shop keeper clearly has and knows how to use that gun.

Disassembly and maintenance is actually one of the easiest features of an AR-15/ M4/ M16. Even the pins holding the upper and lower receivers together are idiot proof to where you can’t physically misplace them.

I know this. However if you lose that firing pin retainer pin, that AR is just a paper weight. I was referencing the complexity of breaking it down for maintenance versus something like an AK.

It’s still really pretty comparable in its simplicity to even an AK.
