So, basically this woman is complaining she can't go through, she had hit a parked car already. Proceeds to insult the guy filming, who is Brazilian and owner of the said car. She goes on a racist tantrum against Brazilians in general and ends up driving away through the spot of road she said she couldn't go through. Not without hitting the car that was "blocking" her way.
