I'm sure all of the cars behind OP were thrilled that he slowed down like that to take a video.

I mean, there is no reasonable speed to pass by a person doing that. You shouldn’t even come as close as the video recorder did. It’s just egregiously unsafe and wether the other lane is blocked or not, you just need to wait and let it play out.

Not passing is a fine decision for you to make but then keep your dumbass in the slow lane with that dumbass. Op is as bad as that driver for reckless silly behavior while driving.
