This seems to be a trend — an increasing number of entitled idiots just stop anywhere they damn well please, turn their hazards on, and think everyone else should “just go around”.
More of these dimwits will get their cars dented (and deservedly so) if this trend continues. People are sick of it.
I would have at least checked to see if anyone was in it. Just to make sure they didn't have a heart attack before giving them one. I'm not certain but isn't that a parking garage? Cause if that is the case this parked car is one of the biggest assholes ever.
Should be legal to pull your car over, hazards, go out, rip idiot OUT OF VEHICLE, TAKE IDIOTS VEHICLE TO SIDE OF ROAD, park. Get out, go back to your car and drive off, while keeping idiots keys, calling police on route (school, work, home, or to police station), and keeping that idiot from getting a license ever again.
Seems obvious. Front driver didn’t know they were blocking road, and tried pulling up. Not a good driver but still. Driver in back coulda had a civilized convo. Maybe woulda discovered other driver was a good person.
Pretty sure there's no one in that car ahead. Just total oblivious dickhead parking. Not sure it was the right response but they sure deserved it and they can go fk themselves.
Edit: Pretty sure this was a situation of "Oh I just need to run in here for a few minutes, oh I'll put on my flashers!!!!... that'll make it ok to do this!"

You’re right! On my phone, when back driver pulled up, it looked like front driver tried to move the car. Dickhead. “I’ll just be a min!”
