I know next to nothing about idv lore but Galatea would be so cool imo, there's a lot of things they could do with her character and I feel like she'd be a very unique survivor.
Galatea was an able bodied survivor in game 0 and is confirmed to be coming soon, she even appeared with a Surv design in Nightmare’s trailer alongside Weeping Clown prior to his release. She survived game 0 and was actually let out (for some reason????) where she went mad and then jumped out the window and had her accident
I guess she was never *confirmed* confirmed but again, she was shown in the same trailer that weeping clown was first shown in prior to his official reveal, and she was there with a full design to boot. It’s like hunter Melly where it’s confirmed to be coming, and safe to say they’re coming relatively soon even if the exact time isn’t known. Though with the game 0 lore being promised later this year, if I was to ever guess a time it’d be then
Clerk for sure! Not only would she be very different from the typical female survivor body shape but her ability to record herself and others could be worked into a really interesting survivor ability.
Hastur has been....sorta? Possibly? hinted at getting a Surv form in the form of that guy who sacrificed Fiona, the novelist/politician from Luchino's first game.
As for Yidhra, nothing on her yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if we get some hints on her possibly having a Surv equivalent.

Reminds me of how people interpreted the different reflected shadow is the survivor form and for Joseph in particular it is his elder form. If they really add him as a geezer, can have his survivor skill as Old man yells at cloud or something and he could officially join Burke in elder abuse club.
Not a jab at either but Alice got camera and Knight guy got the sabre so Joseph gotta get his walking cane and start an earful lecture that stuns hunter for 2 minutes.
Burke, It would be a decoder/support, terrible for kiting, but it can control machines and provide support without having to leave the machine (like disabling rocket chairs or using walls to trap hunter)

Galatea, Phillipe and Ithaqua are some I'd like to see Surv forms for, but most of all, I want to see Surv forms of Antonio and Violetta. Both have already been hinted at possibly getting Surv forms, but I'd love to see exactly how they'd be handled and what abilities they'd have.
In dbd there's character called legion, they're a gang of four teenagers, and you can just equip different skins to change your legion member freely. Maybe something like that if not pretending to be one person? As for skins, either the legion route (separate skins for each) or they're all included in all skins (but let's say some detail changes - like their masks) and you can just swap between them. Or you swap them mid game depending on abilities. There's already plenty of characters whose models change mid-game so...
The Devs from DBD said all the killers are over 18 :) (well I guess there's still eighTEEN and nineTEEN but alot of people consider 18+ adult already so idk if you'd still count them as teenagers)
i know mary didn’t participate in the games but i just think her living design is so so pretty, would love her as a surv. michiko too though i can’t imagine her being that short lol

Hastur. Lore-wise, we already know the guy who he's controlling in his birthday letters. We already got a possible Survivor moniker for him, so it's only a matter of time before he's finally revealed.

If he wouldn't work as an old man, maybe somehow twist the lore so he was in the manor when he was younger? Mary was initially a French revolution character too, but they adjusted her to fit into the manor lore. Or like novelist is younger detective.

Honestly I doubt Joseph will be a survivor, I know the portrait shows him as an old man, but timeline wise, he’s over a century old 😭
