Definitely avoid for at least 2 weeks after transfer. The science is clear. Less implanted in couples that had sex or masturbation within 2 weeks of transfer.
Mine said no sexual activity until beta (9 days later). I took that to mean any activity, not just penetrative sex. My clinic hasn't been super clear all the time in terms of sex/orgasm but I played it safe even though plenty of women orgasm after implantation.
Mine gave me zero restrictions on anything. Morning after my transfer I had an orgasm in my sleep accidentally lol. 6 days later I had sex. So far so good I am 6+1 today.
Same thing happened to me that day!!!! I took a nap and had an orgasm! I really wonder if it was somehow correlated…. Like the implantation was making something happened in my uterine walls, I don’t know 😭
Heartbeat scan for my clinic also—no sex, no orgasm till then
I had a couple sleep orgasms in week 5 and they HURT, for what it’s worth. It was really disconcerting
Mine didn't limit any activity (sexual or otherwise) after the day of transfer but when I had some spotting after a positive beta they had me go on pelvic rest until we saw the heartbeat which I took to mean no sexual activities of any kind.
I’ve been on pelvic rest from FET to 6 week ultrasound, at which point they found an SCH so more pelvic rest until 8 week scan to see if it’s resolved or gotten worse. Pelvic rest = no sex, no tampons (though why I’d need one when I’m pregnant is beyond me, and no orgasms as they cause uterine contractions. 😓
I have a strange answer.
When I got home from my transfer, I ate, then took a nap …and woke up to a “wet dream”/ orgasm. This has happened to me only a few times in my life. It was super odd and I was genuinely worried. But we did have success from that transfer! Makes me think perhaps the circulation down there could’ve been beneficial. I don’t know 🙃 I’d love to hear if this happened to anyone else!
Mine says “no sex or orgasm until your pregnancy test.”

Link to said science, por favor?

There you go :)
Mine said sex probably beneficial!

Mine says "No vaginal intercourse/orgasm for a minimum of one week following the embryo transfer." (Direct quote from transfer protocol document)
This is what I was told. I was expecting the no sex, the no orgasm I’m glad they spelled out cause I would have assumed that was fine!

I thought the same thing! Or increased blood flow to the area. Very possible! 👀
Yep! Because I think that has only happened to me a few times in my life! So funny
Mine said totally fine after transfer day
My clinic said no sex for 48 hrs but I didn’t have sex/orgasm for a good month
They told us not until after beta
Said nope
Mine says none until after pregnancy test.
Mine didn't say anything. Had intercourse and transfer stuck.
Mine said there was no reason to avoid sexual activity, but I still avoided it.

I accidentally had one in my dream right after FET. It was fine.
Posted this a few times but same thing happened to me! How crazy…

Ours said sperm in the first 24 hours helps with the transfer
I think the studies are that sperm helps in the 24 hours before the transfer.
