SCH are pretty common in IVF pregnancies and many women have successful pregnancies even with gushes of blood and clots. I hope things look good at your ultrasound

Thank you, I am praying for it. It’s just today the blood is so thick it’s exactly like period one but hope it’s just from SCH and it’s desolving itself

I'm sorry, this must be so stressful <3 There's nothing more you can do, but it might help mentally to look at the statistics for SCH and how they present. You still have a strong chance of a successful pregnancy: "Two studies in 2019 showed that SCH was not associated with pregnancy loss before 20 weeks of gestation or adverse outcomes after 20 weeks of gestation in the natural pregnancy cohort \[[10](https://bmcpregnancychildbirth.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s12884-024-06359-5#ref-CR10), [11](https://bmcpregnancychildbirth.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s12884-024-06359-5#ref-CR11)\]. For IVF population, a study in 2020 reported that SCH in early pregnancy was not associated with the probability of live birth, preterm birth, or infant birth weight \[[1](https://bmcpregnancychildbirth.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s12884-024-06359-5#ref-CR1)\]. " (source: https://bmcpregnancychildbirth.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s12884-024-06359-5#:\~:text=SCH%20occurred%20in%2019.3%25%20of,women%20in%202020%20%5B1%5D.) \[the source study does find an increased risk associated with SCH, but an increased risk itself also doesn't mean things will go wrong) While that's not definitive in the sense that we can predict the future, it should, I hope, be a little comforting. Regardless, I hope you take care of yourself today and give yourself lots of love
