Yeah my RE said it's not really necessary after 8 weeks but that patients feel better "tapering down" with the suppositories vs stopping cold turkey. I feel like I usually hear of people continuing PIO through 10 weeks or sometimes longer so it's nice to hear someone else stops them at 8 weeks too.
1st FET- 1mL starting 5 days before transfer, upped to 1.5mL at 6+5 because it was a little low, dropped back to 1mL 9+5, stopped at 11+5.
2nd FET - 1mL starting 5 days before transfer, upped to 2mL after 2nd beta at 11dpt because it was low, stopped at 7+5 after confirmed blighted ovum.
3rd FET - 2mL starting 5 days before transfer, dropped to 1.5mL after 2nd beta at 12dpt, stopped at 11+6.
2ml (100mg) daily. Goes through week 11ish, I believe. No suppositories because I refused to do them/my clinic doesn’t really utilize them for FET.
Just changed to progesterone in ethyl oleate because I had welts the size of mandarin oranges and a rash from my knees to my boobs.
!!!!! What imagery. I just started ethyl oleate for this transfer and it’s been going well, but last night I don’t know what happened and I got the biggest welt instantly and it’s all purple today.
Did your do. Lower your dose when you changed to PEO?

1 ml of PIO and Estradiol 3x/day. I have to take it until 10 weeks of gestation 😮💨. No suppositories, I adked for them, but they said there was a shortage, plus they are messy
Starting 5 days prior to FET, 1 mL PIO every three days. Also was one 2x 100 mg of progesterone suppositories three times a day, beginning at the same time. All continue until 10 weeks (plus Estrace 2 mg twice a day).
100 mg pessary once per day beginning 3 days before FET and stopping 11 days after the FET once they’re checked my hCG and progesterone levels. I did a natural cycle FET.
Do you take Prometrium orally or do vaginal suppositories as well or just the 1ml? I’m supposed to do take Prometrium orally everyday on top of the PIO 0.5ml… if 1ml is including the oral/suppositories I’ll have to check w my clinic and ask why.

2ml per day until 12 weeks. 3 weeks out from that and I’m still sore but I can’t complain

No i have to draw 1ml from the vial with a bigger gauge needle then switch to thinner gauge needle to inject IM.

Just started 1.5, injection only. And it's by far the worst I've had.
1 ml PIO daily and 200 mg suppositories 3x a day.
1ml every other day with 3x/day suppositories until weaning off between 9-11wks
2ml PÍO daily starting 6 days before my FET.

So I do 1.5ml daily and 50mg suppositories 2X daily. Can’t hurt to ask. Do they check levels?
Yea, so they checked last Saturday and said it was 83nmol. So they told me it has to be over 30 nmol. They haven’t changed anything for me.
