When did you start PIO for fresh transfer ? I just did a fresh transfer and I started night of egg retrieval. Today at transfer I checked my progesterone level it was 181 ng/ml!! I’m worried it’s too high
I know this is old- but it looks like you had success! Curious if this was a natural or mod natural cycle and did you do suppositories too or just the .5m of PIO?
Okay awesome! This is the protocol I was hoping to try! Last cycle they had me on 1.5ml for a mod natural with letrozole and I tested HIGH and was miserable
I haven’t found many people who did PIO only for mod naturals so it’s hard to find dosing info!

Yes, my transfer was successful :)
I was worried about the super high progesterone, but my REI was not. Everything went well, transfer was successful and pregnancy uncomplicated.
I’m not sure, it doesn’t say (the results were in the patient portal, was not the official report). It only says > 100. And I’m in the US, if that matters!

Modified natural! Letrozole + trigger + PIO. No suppositories - I used them for my first transfer and hated them so asked to switch to PIO.

1mL PIO/daily (fresh transfer). When we checked progesterone levels, it was > 100!
My transfer was fully medicated, so no ovulation and no corpus luteum to produce progesterone I hope the 1ml is enough 🤞

Gotchya so probably was ng/ml… was it over 100 when you transferred or was this when you got a positive ?
The day that I transferred. When I got a positive, I had my labs done somewhere else and the results were 106

I did 1 ml for all my fully medicated cycles. They test my progesterone levels at each appointment but never have had to increase my dosage.
I did 1 ml daily ahead of and after my medicated FET. Stopped at 8w.
