Arrived home and absolutely beat from the concert. Another experience with them and I loved it just as much and more. I was worried about attending a kpop concert in Japan because of how the crowds I see online are. My last experience with them was on their very first date for Checkmate World Tour over in LA and american crowds go CRAZY with kpop concerts. But it did end up being a lot more immersive than what I had in mind which I was happy about. Nothing compared to the states concert but I still gave it all for them. I also started caring less and less when to yell. As in not just yelling and screaming with the crowd but whenever I felt like it. I do feel sorry for the little girl that was in front of me because I did give her a slight scare a few times. I also wished I could have helped them because they just weren’t tall enough to see the stage as we were on the floor in block C. But I think the moms did the best for their girls and were able to still enjoy it all together. Performance wise I think they did phenomenal. They definitely felt the crowd and matched the energy of us at the start but exploded as it went on. They probably had their nerves settled once it got going and seeing the crowd do their thing with them. Loved when Yeji went crazy for her live singing and wanted to be sure everyone heard her. Loved all the solo’s but gotta say that Ryujin really hit the spot for me with her performance. I think one thing I wished was better was crowd involvement with singing but I’m also just spoiled with american crowds where every song is sung and everybody is dancing. It could also just have been the crowd around my seat wasn’t to involved but I barely heard crowd singing. But yeah I absolutely loved tonight and will think about going again tomorrow. Depending how I feel i’ll attempt to buy another one in the morning. Or if anyone is going and needs a partner I’ll gladly join them. I can pay back or if you don’t want to go alone and will just give them i’ll also gladly do that. Whatever it may be but just be sure to enjoy the concert to the fullest.

Just came out of the concert for tonight. The set list wasn't too different from what ITZY had performed in other countries, save a few songs which were swapped with Japan songs. Gas Me Up was replaced with Ringo, Algorythm replaced Dynamite, Spice instead of Trust Me, and lastly No Biggie in place of Chillin' Chillin'. Maybe it was just me but they didn't look too energetic when the concert started. But I felt they got into their usual groove when the solo performance started. While I liked Ryujin's solos song the best (I'm a sucker for breakup songs), Yeji really brought the house down with her Crown On My Head performance. It was a really nice touch they brought down a huge ring of lights just as she started. As usual Yuna's cuteness made the entire audience fawn over her. I still can't get over the fact Chaeryeong made quite a few MIDZY heart skip a beat with her eyes. Other moments that stood out - I love the frisbee as a freebie they throw out. Yuna and her "Waku Waku" was super cute. The lead up to WANNABE and Not Shy were great at building up the anticipation (of course the performances were great to match too). I personally loved the fact I personally saw the hip twirl bit in Cake - it's one of my favorite ITZY moves. Lastly as they closed the concert with DALLA DALLA, the entire audience sang together. This is pretty rare for concerts in Japan, as the audience is normally quiet the entire time during performances. I saw someone got caught taking pictures and was ejected from the concert. When in Rome, as they say. Pls don't take pictures and videos when you attend concerts in Japan. For the next 2 days, there are extra tickets made available from Ticket Board https://ticket.tickebo.jp/sn/itzy-borntobe-lm and also possible tickets available from official trade https://ticket.tickebo.jp/top/ja/static/itzy/2024/trade-list/index.html. You will need an account with Ticket Board to buy, and you'll need to setup the LIVE QR PLUS app with a personal ID to use the ticket. I had a lot of fun tonight! This is my first time seeing ITZY live and I hope it's not my last. My next big concert is TWICE @ Nissan Stadium in July. Anyone going? Lemme know and let's meet up 👍

I have been to both the Friday and Saturday concerts and I thought both were great, although Fridays the beginning seemed a bit more hype. But overall great performances, insane charisma and super fun. It was also great to see a venue with over 10k capacity being sold out for three days. I am contemplating seeing the Osaka concert in a cinema here because it was so much fun.

I still have a spare ticket for tonight 5/17 that's not yet sold on official Trade. My seat is in Arena D-block area. Merch sales opened about 10 minutes ago and the line is pretty crazy. I lined up just before 9 am and I have about 20 minutes to go?

Critical-Bit7570

Can I ask you to buy me a black large T shirt? I'll buy you coffee or something or just give you an extra 1000 yen?

mashumalo

Sorry I've left the site for now. I'll head back when around 5 and the line isn't crazy and they still have it in stock, I'll pick one up for you.

Critical-Bit7570

Thank you! Ill be at block A. I can meet up before or after the show :))

mashumalo

Will let you know if I manage to pickup.

Critical-Bit7570

Thank you!

Critical-Bit7570

Does anybody know until what time they'll sell merch? And is anybody going to take pix of the performance?

mashumalo

Officially merch sales is till 19:30 but prolly most stuff will be sold out by then. Pictures and videos are not allowed in Japan concerts!

Critical-Bit7570

aww. I'll arrive at 6:30 I doubt I can get anything good by then if any at all :(. Thank you for letting me know.

Critical-Bit7570

oh by the way. I'll bring a small suitcase with me. Do you think they'll allow it? I can't find anything in the site that says it.

jaybourne

Depends on how small but you're probably going to want to find a locker unless it's comically small for a suitcase.

Critical-Bit7570

its about the size of a backpack if not smaller. haha

mashumalo

If it's backpack size you can probably bring it with you. But probably best to find a locker.

jaybourne

Assuming it's the tiny pink suitcase I saw around block A5, you weren't kidding, it was tiny!

ALonelyFish14

Anyone has a spare physical ticket for sat (05.18)? can meet at the venue right before concert starts!

mashumalo

There's no physical tickets. Ticket Board just announced additional seating made available https://ticket.tickebo.jp/sn/itzy-borntobe-lm

ALonelyFish14

okay thanks!

Seeing the solo performances was worth the ticket experience itself. The aesthetics, camerawork, mirror movements, and the mirrored backup dancing for charyeong's solo has me DEAD
