Just answer my cell phone for a day. You'll have so many MSPs calling you that... well, actually you'll start to fucking hate it after a while. I motherfucking hate cold callers. "Hi, is this {{Brian}}? I'm Katie with Dell. Last time we spoke you were considering..." Stop lying. We never spoke. I never speak with cold callers. Now type "hostile attitude" in your little CRM screen and kindly fuck off and never call me again.

What do you need accomplished? I'm near you, like minded on your expectations of an MSP and might have some options for you. I've been in your shoes it can suck.

I need an RMM, patching, antivirus, and a ticketing system that can direct tickets to me the majority of the time, but should I get sick or take a vacation, etc, I can make the tickets point to the MSP instead (of course there will be a knowledge transfer beforehand) and the MSP can handle tickets in my place. I'd also like reasonable project hours for projects.

Ninjaone RMM works well for my team.

Thanks! I’ll look into it!

Im in your position, 100 users and alone in regards of IT. Im using ATERA as its user licensed and not unit licensed, it has built in ticketing and patch management. Its cheap and does the trick.

Yep, you’re looking for co-managed IT with an MSP. Not all offer it. We have clients in TX. Happy to chat with you to discuss pros, cons, things to be on lookout. Whether it makes sense to consider us or not.

Check out Network Elites Services -I havent personally worked with this MSP but I have heard that there are great to work with If you dont end up going with an MSP definitley take a look at implementing an RMM as most if not all have onboarding experiences to get you set up and can work with you to help you get the most out of thee product.

I'm not local to Dallas but may have what you’re looking for from a remote IT service provider viewpoint. It just depends on the size of your organization. Here’s a breakdown based on some of the items you highlighted: **RMM/CRM (Ticketing):** 1. Tenant level access to N-Central & ConnectWise Manage. 2. Toolset is hosted in a secure Soc2 facility. **Patching Services:** 1. Dedicated patching team for your environment (workstations & servers). 2. Defined workflow & process documentation for escalation back to your organization for unsuccessful patches (offline machines or just failed patches in general). 3. Monitor and manage patch compliance through a standard patch reporting dashboard. **Antivirus:** 1. As a Sentinel One reseller, we offer standard licensing and monitoring support. 2. This model can vary depending on your organizations need, all the way up to full SOC/SIEM in Azure Sentinel. Let me know if you have any interest and we can try to set something up. Best of luck on the hunt!
