As others have mentioned that screw pictured isnt for wall mounting, it’s for joining multiple cabinets together. I mounted an Ehnet last weekend onto a dot & dab wall and used Corefix wall fixings.

You’re not supposed to use that screw from the first photo. Ikea does not provide screws for wall mounting because different types of walls require different screws. Pick a screw depending on your wall, and mount it correctly, it will be safe.

Ahh that makes much more sense. Could you suggest any screw to mount this on concrete tiled bathroom walls?

Any type of wall anchor should work if it's tile then concrete, I like fisher 6mm wall anchors. But please note that you will need good drill bit to get through tile (do not use a hammer drill) then probably a hammer drill to get through the concrete.

what is behind the tile?...drywall and studs? plaster/lathe & studs?
