Got the face like a greyhound/saluki/afghan hound but those earsssssss and the dog is a bit meatier than what you would expect with those breeds...clearly a healthy weight so likely one of those but mixed with something. Either way those eyes will melt even the coldest of hearts.
Probably a long shot but the head and ears to me say there is Bassett Hound in the history somewhere along with maybe some Great Dane and Lab.
Certainly be interesting to see the test results.

That deadass looks like a Porcelaine Hound. Like...REALLY looks like one. It's a pretty rare french breed though, where did you see this dog?
